Data retention criteria:

The existing records are stored in a self -overwriting memory and then deleted as a result of the ongoing overwriting. The retention period is 14 days. A longer storage period may apply on a case-by-case basis if facts justify the assumption according to which the respective recordings from a limited period of time show acts which must be prosecuted as a criminal offence or must be used in order to assert civil claims.

 

Recipients or categories of parties being potential receivers of the data (as soon as the data transmission occurs):

Generally speaking, there is no data transmission. A transmission to the competent investigating authorities only takes place in case the said transmission is necessary for the enforcement of legal claims or for the prosecution of criminal offences in the context of specific individual cases.

 

Information relating to the rights of the data subjects

The data subject is entitled to request confirmation from the responsible party as to whether any personal information concerning the data subject is undergoing any processing; if this is the case, the respective data subject shall be entitled to access this personal data as well as the information specified under article 15 of the GDPR.


In this context, the data subject shall be entitled to request that the responsible party correct any incorrect personal data relating to the data subject and, if this is applicable, to complete any incomplete personal data (according to article 16 of the GDPR) without any delay.


The data subject is entitled to request that the responsible party delete personal data concerning the data subject without any delay if one of the reasons specified under article 17 of the GDPR applies, e.g. if the data are no longer required for the above-mentioned (so-called right of erasure).


The data subject is entitled to request that the responsible party restrict processing if one of the conditions listed under article 18 of the GDPR is met, e.g. if the data subject has lodged an objection to processing, for the duration of the check carried out by the responsible party.

THE DATA SUBJECT IS ENTITLED TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO THE DATA SUBJECT FOR REASONS ARISING FROM THE SPECIFIC SITUATION OF THE INVOLVED DATA SUBJECT. THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY WILL NO LONGER PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA UNLESS IT CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING THAT OUTWEIGH THE INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF THE DATA SUBJECT, OR THE PROCESSING IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING, EXERCISING OR DEFENDING ANY LEGAL CLAIMS (ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 21 OF THE GDPR).


Any data subject is entitled to the right of appeal addressed to a supervisory authority, without any prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if the involved data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to it is in contravention of the GDPR (according to article 77 of the GDPR). The data subject may exercise this right before a competent supervisory authority located in the member state in which it resides or works or where the suspected infringement took place.
